All orders will be shipped by Priorty US Mail unless other arrangements are made. Shipments to continental United States only. No international shipments.
For rush deliveries please call our customer service department at 410-451-9009 for a quote. Order early to avoid problems, but if you require last minute assistance we will make every effort to accommodate you.
Most personalized items will be shipped within 7-10 days of receipt of your order. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you and if this does not meet your needs the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be made to you.
Upon receipt of your order you must inspect the order and report any damage to the carrier within 24-48 hours. Shipments damaged during transit must be claimed with the freight carrier directly. All shipping packaging must be kept and you are responsible to call the carrier directly to inspect the damage and file your claim. All shipments are insured for $100.00 - all orders above $100.00 it is suggested for your own protection to purchase additional insurance at a rate of $1.00 per $100.00 of purchases.
All orders will be billed at 6% sales tax.
Your satisfaction is our primary concern. We will do our best to satisfy each and every one of our customers to the best of our ability. Any merchandise in original condition and in original boxes may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full no questions asked refund (Shipping charges are not refundable). After 14 days no orders will be accepted back. Any items that have been personalized are non-refundable. Please call us directly to obtain a return confirmation authorization. Any items damaged by the customer will not be accepted for a refund. Returned items must be shipped to Just What I Wanted prepaid and insured for full value. Please include name, address, telephone number and invoice when returning items so we can properly credit your account.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of the order prior to shipping. Once an order is shipped the customer is responsible to pay for the full shipping charges when refusing the shipment.
